Job Description:

- Secondary Skills: Must have Salesforce experience
- Relevant in CPQ: 3 years
Responsibilities:
- Analyze systems of record and associated data stores to develop and maintain logical and physical data models, working closely with business owners and data stewards
- Support the Salesforce Team with data integration and data migration using technologies like Rest Api, Soap Api, Workato, Tray.io, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft etc.
- Hands-on in developing Recipes using Workato.
- Proficient in integration with various enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, Zuora, Zendesk, Netsuite, etc.) using integration tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning.
- Develop, manage, and maintain automated data integrations between external sources and Salesforce
- Provide subject matter expertise for making internal data available to cloud based (SaaS and PaaS) solutions
- Bring technical expertise to the team in the areas of automating data feeds
- Analyze and profile source data sets and develop approaches for ingestion
- Support analytics initiatives to ensure that the right people are seeing the right data at the right time using tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and others
- Actively participate with an Agile-Scrum team
- Engage with the team to refine and estimate stories in the backlog
Basic Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency with a minimum 6 years of experience in all aspects of platform integration and development.
- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related area or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with iPass tools like Workato, Dell Boomi, Tray.io. Mulesoft etc.
- Experience with designing and implementing complex, large-scale integrations.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git, bitbucket).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SQL for database querying and modification.
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable SaaS CRM tools is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience with AWS Development.
- Experience in developing custom connectors and using SDKs for API integration.
- Familiarity with API management tools and strategies.
- Knowledge of data security and privacy standards.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
